Konovalova Growing interest to the Arctic region has led to necessity of studying of an initial stage of its development by Russian. The valuable certificate of this process are hand-written sailing Pomors, remained up to now. In work one of routes of pomor’s swimmings on the western sector of Arctic regions in geographical information system of digital mapping ArcGIS for the first time is recreated in detail.
