History of Science and Engineering Annotation << Back AUTOMATION SYSTEMS FOR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES A.V. Kiryanov, A.A. Lubkov The basic research of the Institute include architecture, system solutions, software and hardware complexes for information reception, analysis, and visualization and management of complex dynamic processes. These investigations resulted in the development of several important systems for science and industry, including an automated system for technical management and maintenance of the Novosibirsk hydroelectric power station, digital control complex for the setup of silicon crystal growth by the Czochralski method, automated control systems for STOP, AST, STOP-1 and BSVT solar telescopes, and precision angle measuring machine for automatical measurement of angular parameters of working samples and photomasks of optical limbs, dials, and multibit raster code disks.
