GEOPHYSICAL PROCESSES IN VLF EMISSIONS |

According to the observations of the natural electromagnetic radiation in the range of very low frequencies geophysical effects associated with the thunderstorm, cyclonic and seismic activity,. are considered. The results of observations of electromagnetic radiation from the impact of regional and global lightning activity, in periods of cyclones passing near Kamchatka and at a considerable distance from it, during a solar eclipse, when the impact of the ionosphere on a powerful high-frequency radiation, are presented. It is shown that the X-rays of the Sun and the galaxy infl uence the amplitude of daily periods of VLF emissions. Observations made over twenty years of research of natural electromagnetic radiation in Kamchatka, IKIR FEB RAS, showed that using VLF signals can explore various geophysical processes, manifested in the Earth's crust, the lower atmosphere, ionosphere and magnetosphere, and also to assess the impact on the VLF solar and cosmic radiation sources.
