History of Science and Engineering Annotation << Back IONOSPHERIC HARP AND WEATHER V.P. Sivokon Experiments on the active impact on the ionosphere are, as a rule, associated with the infl uence on weather conditions and formation of different kinds of cataclysms. Based on the analysis of the ionosphere modifi cation experiments carried out from 2007 to 2011 by the HAARP heating stand and temperature variations in the vicinity of the experiment region, the author of the paper try to show the invalidity of such accusations.
