History of Science and Engineering Annotation << Back METHODS AND SOFTWARE FOR THE INFORMATION SUPPORT OF THE POLAR REGIONS TECHNOSPHERIC SAFETY (WITH THE MURMANSK REGION AS AN EXAMPLE) S.Yu. Yakovlev, A.S. Shemyakin The paper reflects recent studies on the problem of information and analytical support for industrial and environmental safety of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. Both developed and projected information technologies of regional safety management are presented. The methods and tools for forming of a conceptual model of subject field based on the use of pre-designed template structures are considered. An integrated support system for planning the emergencies control in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation is described, which ensures the operative forming of planning documents. The task of rational choice of forces and facilities, coordination of their actions in emergencies control is considered, various versions of generalized optimization models of prior and operational planning are formulated. A general approach to uncertainties accounting in the technospheric safety management has been developed, an algorithm for quantifying the possibility and reasonability of uncertainty degree reducing has been proposed. Approbation of the developed tools is made on the example of the Murmansk region.
