Rivkin The article presents a historical excursion into the formation of natural lighting in the premises. The necessity of light to enter rooms has become normative only in the last century; before that, the role of natural light was only decorative. The formation of a favorable indoor environment for person standing has become the primary task of architects and builders, this opens up new horizons in design, gives new forms to buildings.
