History of Science and Engineering Annotation << Back Historical Aspects of the Development of Aviation Weapons as a Derivative of Technological Progress Yakhin A.V., Nugumanov E.R., Mursalimov A.G. The stages of the development of aviation weapons are considered. The infl uence of military confl icts on the development of technologies and weapons is shown. The features of the development of aviation and its weapons in Russia and abroad are presented, trends and prospects for the development of aviation weapons are formulated. It has been established, that the main factor determining the mass production and effectiveness of a particular type of weapon was the level of development of science and technology, which made it possible to achieve its mass production and high effectiveness.
