Ladyzhensky’s Birth A.H. Abazov, A.V. Gucheva In article the contribution of the doctor of jurisprudence of the professor Alecsandr Mihajlovich Ladyzhensky (1891–1972) in development legal anthropology the people of Caucasus is investigated. It is established that it among domestic кавказоведов has put the first problems of the anthropological approach to studying of legal culture of these people, and also has planned contours of the further researches of this branch of a science.
