Weather Prediction, Lorenz System and Laser Attractor |

The article is devoted to the display of dynamical chaos in the problem of weather prediction and in lasers. E.Lorenz discovered the complex behaviour of simple dynamical system now known as Lorenz system. Dynamical equations describing a generation process of a single mode laser are also identical to Lorenz system. A.Z. Grasiuk and A.N. Oraevsky were the first who theoretically discovered the regime of complex automodilated oscillations in lasers. These deterministic systems are one of the first physical examples with highly sensitivity to initial conditions. Researches of these private problems were of great importance. The world was turned out to be more complex than it was supposed earlier. A lot of simple physical systems obey deterministic laws and at the same time need statistical description.
