Roman Empire historian, is not completely known to Science. Many issius of his biography are mysterious. Hence it appears the necessity of further research. On the grounds of Tacitus and his contemporary Pliniy the Younger’s works analysis, also on the grounds of other authors’ records it is important to consider such matters as (praenomen) of Tacitus, his year of birth and birthplace, his social status and social origin, the upbringing and education received by him, his creative development outset.
