History of Science and Engineering Annotation << Back Report «The new dynamics of quanta» by Louis de Broglie on the V Solvey Conference on Physics A.F. Smyk Article is devoted to the history of quantum physics, V Solvay Conference on Physics in 1927, which won the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics. Than the theory of the Born-Heisenberg were presented the pilot wave theory of de Broglie and Schrodinger’s wave mechanics. Louis de Broglie is the creator of the basic idea of wave mechanics about matter waves. At the Conference de Broglie presented a report entitled "The New Dynamics of Quanta", in which he proposed synthetic theory that unifies the wave and corpuscular properties of matter. For this report, followed by intense debate about which little is known not only physicists, but also historians. Report of Louis de Broglie first published in Russian.
