On the political and legal device of Chechnya as a part of Tsarist Russia after the Caucasian War |

In article the analysis of the political and legal solution of a question of management of the North Caucasus and in particular by Chechnya by results of the Caucasian war is given. The conclusion that it was replaced with the administrative-territorial device is drawn.
