History of Science and Engineering Annotation << Back Science and Universe Kovaleva S.K. Starting from the middle of XX century the opinion formed about the end of the physics development. The main reproach to physics: why there are absent common foundations for association of gravity and quantum mechanics? There is the opinion that classic physics failed. May be have they harried with this solution? The transition from quantity to quality always has the legal grounds on the base of the same laws of Nature. Most like that people by themselves cannot solve the transition from classic physics to microcosm physics. Physics is the foundation of modern civilization. The society gets from it the world outlook impulse in life, the tools in the form of total laws and principles. The physics lets to see on the face of the non evident connections between events.
