The directions and results of researches on biotechnology are given: a nonconventional method of selection on seedless; biotechnology of receiving the saplings of grapes revitalized from chronic diseases; ways of a laying of basic mother liquids for receiving the certifi ed landing material; technology of creation of a collection of a gene pool of in vitro grapes.
