Pokrovskaya Declassifi cation of archival documents is one of the important directions of work of the branch RGANTD. The removal of vultures restrict access to documents to be able to organize their further use in order to achieve complete perception of a particular co-existence of life in our country, confi rm its historical truthfulness, to organize their promotion in the interests of Patriotic and spiritual-moral education of citizens. The article describes the Genesis of the work of the branch RGANTD in the field of declassifi cation archival documents, are figures of the general state declassifi ed documents on «01» January of 2016. Examples of enterprises of NIFHI im. L.Y. Karpova and SNTK im. N.D. Kuznetsova, documents which have long been in the closed storage, is given idea about the information that is accessible to a wide range of researchers after removal from the affairs of vultures limitations.
