Soldatova Proposed to publish an archival document is a historical essay on the history of the domestic instrument, prepared by a team of authors of the Union State Design Institute (SSDI-10), headed by LI Goldberg. In an essay for the first time systematically available at the time of its creation information about the origin and development of commercial aviation instrument in the Soviet Union in the first half of the twentieth century. Preparation of specialized essays on the history of industrial science in the second half of the 1940s was carried out almost all research institutions of the country, following the instructions of Stalin, the need for systematic development of questions of the history of science and technology and development in the advanced world of Soviet youth. This was facilitated by the creation of the Great Patriotic War, the Institute of History of Science and Technology of the USSR.
