History of Science and Engineering Annotation << Back THE SOURCES ON HISTORY OF JUDICIAL TRANSFORMATIONS ON THE CENTRAL CAUCASUS MOUNTAINS IN 1793–1822: FEATURES AND PROSPECTS OF THE RESEARCH A.H. Abazov In the article sources on history of judicial transformations on Central Caucasus Mountains in 1793–1822 among which materials of the Mozdok upper boundary court (1793–1822) and patrimonial courts and punishments in the Big and Small Kabarda (1793–1807) are researched. Materials are analyzed taking into account differentiation on specifi c accessory on regulations, offi ce work documentation, sources of a personal origin and cartography. Their features and informative return for studying of nodal questions of political and social history of the people of the region are determined. As a conclusion the perspective directions of a research of history of court and legal agencies are given in Central Caucasus Mountains in 1793–1822.
