FORMATION OF ATMOSPHERIC ELECTRIC FIELD IN KAMCHATKA UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF NATURAL FACTORS |

A scheme of change of the electrostatic fi eld intensity in the near ground atmosphere (EZ AEF) is suggested. These changes are caused by
conductivity variations under the effect of radon exhalations, cosmic ray intensity, light and heavy ion balance change at dawn and at dusk and in the result of infl uence of ionospheric electric current potential on AEF potential. The response in EZ AEF from space charges with simple confi gurations transported by wind and located over a conducting surface was theoretically estimated. Model curves in nondimensional quantities are shown. The estimated data were tested on two EZ AEF disturbances in the near ground atmosphere determined by two powerful
natural phenomena: precursor of an earthquake with M=6,4; two powerful cyclones simultaneously acting in the South of Kamchatka peninsula.
