History of Science and Engineering Annotation << Back BROWSING THROUGH THE ARCHIVES. FORMATION PHYSICS V.B. Gundyrev The childhood of Soviet physicist-theorist L.M. Pyatigorsky (05.17.1909–12.06.1993 years) is described in this article. The research is devoted to verifying of his birthplace and name. The early years of his life in the family, loss of family in the pogroms, the period of life in an orphanage are considering. Particular attention is paid to the formation of temper and future research interests. We present some unpublished photos.
