Rivkin Trouble proof maintenance of wells largely depends on the cement stone with the core of the production string adhesion quality. The annular space plugging procedure performs many functions, the main of which are: sealing and separating the overlying intervals from the productive formation, resistance to burst, collapse and destruction of the well walls. The well cementing industry is developing along with drilling and hydrocarbon production, improving and becoming more complex along with the construction of wells of more complex designs. The article discusses significant events in the development of technology for pumping cement slurry into the annulus and ways to control the properties and formulation of slurries.
