The Leningrad Northern Plant at 10 Kolomyazhsky Prospect dates back to the mid-19th century. He began his activities on the banks of the Bolshaya Nevka. In 1874, the plot of the dacha of the Counts Stroganovs was rented by M.P. Friedland, who received “special permission to carry out work in a forge” in the suburbs of St. Petersburg, on the banks of the Black River at its confl uence with the Bolshaya Nevka [1]. Subsequently, a mechanical plant grew from the forge. In 1887, the plant came into the possession of the merchant of the fi rst guild I.A.
