Fedorov on the Armor Protection of the Infantryman at the Turn of the 1900–1910s Timofeeva R.A. The article is devoted on the analysis of a particular aspect of the initial stage of the formation of Russian weapons science. The problem of attitude to the means of individual armor protection of an infantryman is considered, in particular, one of the first scientifically based projects in this field – V.G. Fedorov. Based on materials from state and departmental archives, the author's views on this issue are reconstructed. The samples of protective weapons developed by V.G. Fedorov are analized.
