At the Origins of Welding in the Republic of Bashkortostan |

The Republic of Bashkortostan is one of the industrial centers of Russia and is a small homeland not only of outstanding scientists,
innovators, but also the birthplace and formation of scientific schools and new technologies. The article examines the historical facts of the
origin of welding in the Republic of Bashkortostan and analyzes the role of M.M. Dorokhov in the formation and development of the scientific
school of welding. The pages of the biography of this outstanding scientist and organizer are given, the results of his activities in different
historical periods are presented.
