History of Science and Engineering Annotation << Back Becoming and development of Pollesskie railways during the epoch of emperor Alexander III V.N. Testov In present clause attempt to show the leading part of the Russian government in realization of the planned strategic plans of a construction and functioning of a railway network of Polesye is undertaken. Key problems of construction of its basic branches are stated. The detailed analysis of the initial stage of their becoming and development, with 1885 on 1895, allows to comprehend more deeply as it was possible to these strategic lines so quickly after the opening to get important value in an economic life of Russia.
