History of Science and Engineering Annotation << Back Experimental researches on superconductivity in FIAN A.I.Golovashkin The history and results of researches on experimental superconductivity, carried out in Optical and Superconductivity labs of FIAN, are briefly stated. The question is only about fundamental researches which were begun on Academician V.L.Ginzburg’s initiative. A number of results in this direction were obtained by FIAN researchers for the first time. FIAN researchers have actively taken part in investigations of high temperature superconductors in 1987. Because of the widespread co-operation with other institutes FIAN researchers have obtained the results of the world level and in this direction.
