History of Science and Engineering Annotation << Back Vladimir Evgenievich Kazarinov E.I. Khruscheva, V.N. Andreev Brief biographical facts are given. V.E.Kazarinov was a director of the Institute of Electrochemistry in the period of 1977–1999. The main interests of his research work were in the field of fundamental and technical electrochemistrty, surface phenomena and double electric layer, new methods in radiochemistry, electrocatalysis and electrochemistry of conducting polymers. Development of new power sources, including fuel cells, was among scientific priorities of V.E.Kazarinov.
