History of Science and Engineering Annotation << Back Research-and-production activity of department of oscillographic devices, further of department of a power electronics engineering A.V. Scherbakov Since 1962 in VEI the department of an electronics engineering is generated led by V.I. Perevodchekov, and in a nem lab of cathode-ray oscillographs led by G.M. Topchiev. On their base together with Е.P. Voronkov the extension multiway ОЭМЗ-6, ОЭМЗ-12 and high-voltage ОV-1, ОV-2 of oscillographs is carried out. They are developed the modulators and sources of optical radiation ЛИС-3, ЛИС-12 for management systems of high-voltage thiristor units БТСМ-IVм and pulse ranging lasers. The physical analogs are developed: Generators on the basis ЭЛГ 500, static compensators on the basis ЭЛВ 4/40 (ЭЛВ 50/100). The activities on creation of light sources on the basis of a sulfuric lamp are carried out.
